Clinical Research Fellow: Imperial College London
Salary Range £32,156 - £38,200 plus £1,505 London Weighting Allowance per annum, plus higher degree course fees up to £1,800 per year paid
We are seeking to appoint Clinical Research Fellows who will be involved in a major research project under the direction of Professor Alun Davies, The research project will involve experimental work in addition to data analysis and reporting the results in peer-reviewed journals. The work will focus on evaluating hemodynamic changes and effects on clinical status using EMS stimulation in diabetic patients with foot disease.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with an interest in vascular/diabetic research who would like to register for a higher degree. Ideally, you must be able to demonstrate some previous experience in research.
A degree in medicine (MBBS or equivalent) and full MRCS in surgery or MRCP in medicine equivalent is essential, as is full General Medical Council registration.
These full time posts are for an initial 12 months, renewable for a further year(annually), and will be based mainly at the Charing Cross Campus, located in Hammersmith and at the St Mary’s Campus, located in Paddington, with some work at the University of Cambridge.
